Professional Further Qualification for Budding Scientists

The majority of German researchers at the Large Hadron Collider work as doctoral and postdoctoral researchers. More than 1000 doctorates have already been earned within the framework of German collaboration at the LHC. The four ErUM FSPs are conducting on-the-job qualification measures to provide additional support for these budding minds in acquiring and expanding their skills. These workshops are designed to help participants obtain essential soft skills in addition to their strong scientific and technological expertise.
