Arbitration proceedings
Should you not be satisfied with the answers given by the contact option mentioned above, please apply to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG). In accordance with § 9 d NBGG, the arbitration board is responsible for settling disputes between people with disabilities and public bodies in the state of Lower Saxony regarding accessibility in IT. The arbitration proceedings are free of charge. Legal assistance is not required.
